VSR ZERO UPGRADE TRIGGER - GEN. 5

A durable and reliable trigger mechanism is a fundamental prerequisite for a successful upgrade of a sniper rifle. The commonly supplied mechanisms are only sufficient for basic springs. However, using a stronger spring significantly increases the likelihood of damage. Unfortunately, this also applies to those made from cheap metal alloys. Only a machined steel mechanism can ensure the greatest durability.

Rifles operating on the Marui VSR system usually do not have the best piston sear. It is captured only by a small edge and at a 45-degree angle. This is relatively sufficient for basic weak springs, but they cannot withstand any stronger springs. Moreover, after pulling back the bolt, the piston is lifted (caused by the 45° catch) and misaligns in the cylinder. It can get stuck in the cylinder and prevent the return of the bolt to its original position. It can also cause an accidental discharge.

The new metal CNC trigger mechanism has a completely different solution. The piston sear captures at an angle of 90 degrees, or rather 0 degrees, hence the designation ZERO. It doesn't misalign in the cylinder, the capture area is larger, and above all, it can withstand strong springs.
