What does II. quality mean?
Products in the second quality category are 100% functional, but they may have a minor defect that does not affect the functionality of the product itself. Each product is inspected and only then released for sale.
All defects are individually mentioned for each product.
The products of the second quality category also come with a 2-year warranty.

Other Parts of Gearbox
The mechabox is one of the most important parts of the weapon, as it houses all the other parts. It consists of 2 overlapping halves (shells). It is manufactured either as a casting or dural, which is milled from a block of material using a CNC machine. Mechabox is divided into several types according to the model of the replica.
There are also replicas with completely atypical mechabox and internal parts such as MP44, Thompson, PPSH etc., where replacement or upgrade is more complicated than with standard mechaboxes.
For example, for weapons like SR25, M110, etc. the V2.5 version is produced.
Metal die-cast mechaboxes are most commonly found in basic weapons. While it is cheap to produce, its strength is not at the same level as CNC dural, hence the spring limits on these types. With castings, the question is not if it will crack over time, but when. That's why they make radius on it to reduce the stresses on the material due to the piston impacting the cylinder head.
CNC duralumin mechaboxes are indeed more expensive than die-cast mechaboxes, but here we are assured of a near-perfect mating of the two halves, maximum durability and endurance on strong springs. So it is definitely worth buying in the future.
Inside the mechabox we find other important parts like air system, set of gears with bearings, spring, anti reversal latch, set of springs, tappet plate with nozzle, selector plate, spring guide and a trigger with trigger lock. Externally we find the switch backdrop and, on some, the wiring harness.
From the outside, in addition to the cylinder, the bearings can be seen. There are 3 on each side. They have different diameters and characteristics, which we will elaborate on in the appropriate section.
Cut off lever is a small part that disconnects the trigger contacts on the SEMI mode when fired, so the gun will only fire once. They are made of steel in most cases.
The reversal latch is a small but important part of an AEG replica. It prevents the wheels from turning backwards and therefore damaging the piston gears, wheels and other components. It is made of steel and is used in conjunction with the ratchet spring.
The trigger stop has as its main function to lock the trigger in SAFE mode. As with other parts, it is important to choose the correct type according to the mechabox and the specific weapon being used.
Small springs also fall into this category. These are designed for small parts such as the recoil lock, trigger lock, breaker lever, etc.
They can be bought separately or in a set, which are then differentiated for which type of mechabox the set is intended for.
