JACK™ was designed in response to the demand for affordable, high performance High Pressure Air (HPA) conversion for AEGs. This system is a plug-in replacement for the cylinder, which is universally compatible with a wide range of gearbox versions with center nozzles.

Similar to its sister products, JACK™ replaces the original components of the gearbox with a programmable pneumatic system, allowing for higher performance and greater reliability. Although JACK™ is cost-effective, it still maintains the same performance and quality you expect from PolarStar products.

The JACK™ system has only one moving part, the nozzle, which functions as its own poppet valve. Similar to the poppet in the Fusion Engine™ and F2™, the nozzle is only piloted by a solenoid to open the airflow through the poppet, with no air for firing coming from the solenoid itself. This design allows the JACK™ system to send a higher airflow into the barrel than systems that use only the solenoid as the firing valve.

JACK™ enables easy speed adjustment by changing the input pressure and does not require different nozzles to achieve the full range of speeds. For example, on a standard M4, the speed can be adjusted from less than 280 fps to approximately 500 fps with 20g BBs. Speed may vary for individual models, as longer barrels increase the maximum speed, while shorter barrels decrease it.

The maximum cyclic speed of the JACK™ system is influenced by several factors, such as operating pressure, magazine quality, and the type of BBs used. In most standard configurations, however, it is possible to achieve a speed of 30 rounds per second.
