Wire Harness Rev. 2

The PolarStar wire harness is made from 24 AWG wire that provides excellent

conductivity and is fitted with a nylon mesh braid to protect the wires during installation.

These harnesses are universally compatible with all PolarStar HPA systems except

original V2 GEN1 Fusion Engine and Amoeba kits.

Compatible with any PolarStar system that uses the REV2 or REV3 FCU.

3 different lengths available:

• 18" for V2 kits in F2, F1 and JACK. Also recommended for FE installed
• in full production replicas (e.g. M16A3).
• 13" is the standard length for FE V2 and also for V3 F2, F1 and JACK kits.
• 7.5" is the standard length for V3 and MG FE kits, but is also recommended for FCU to pistol grip connections when installing UGS/CGS.

Cable types for installation:

• White: nozzle (not used for JACK/F1)
• Red: selector
• Blue: Trigger
• Brown: Ground
