Internal Parts CYMA

Internal parts are very important part of every electric airsoft gun. Without them, no replica could work. As the name suggests, these parts are not visible from the outside.
We can find parts such as airsoft, processor units, springs, gears and many others. Often the parts are designed for a certain type of replica and cannot be put into another gun. Almost none of these products are PLUG and PLAY, almost always some modifications need to be made to make the replica work properly.
With the large number of parts available, anyone can tweak their gun to perfection.

AEG internal parts

An airsoft electric gun is a collection of many parts without which it could not function. They are interconnected and do not function independently.

These parts, as the name suggests, are inside the gun and are not visible from the outside.

There is no fixed standard for what the parts should look like. That is why it often happens that manufacturers create custom parts ( hence atypical).

That is why the manufacturer Tokyo Marui created an unwritten standard that is used a lot nowadays.

These parts are changed not only when the replica is damaged, but also to improve the weapon.

However, the vast majority of parts are not plug and play, but need to be modified or possibly made the right choice or the replica will not function properly.

Fortunately, one can buy kits that are functional, the parts in them are ready for use in a particular type of gun, and with the right choice one saves many compatibility issues. These kits are often related to airguns.

We offer parts from proven manufacturers who strive to use the Tokyo Marui standard.

Gearbox

Gearbox for airsoft guns consists of 2 shells. Inside it are all the other important parts necessary for the operation of the gun.
Each gun has a different type of mechabox, but most often you will see designations like V2, V3, V2.5, etc.
Mechaboxes can also have special modifications, such as for use in HPA, quick spring change, etc.
The materials from which mechaboxes are most commonly manufactured are CNC machined aircraft duralumin and die cast metal.

Gears

A very important component. The wheels are spun by the motor and can thus retract the piston and allow the airsoft gun to fire.
We offer both sets of gears of a specific gear as well as individual gears for replacing a damaged piece.
Their gear then indicates for which construction they are intended ( speed, heavy duty).
There are also special wheels such as DSG, for AEP, SR25 etc.

Air System

Under this word is a set of parts without which an airsoft replica would not be able to fire.
These parts are the

  1. cylinder
  2. cylinder head
  3. nozzle
  4. piston head.

Their sealing is very important because this is one of the parts on which the performance of the gun depends.

In addition to the classical dimensions of airguns, there is also a type called NBU. The NBU set of airguns are parts that have larger internal diameters so they can hold more air and have more power. However, they are interchangeable with the normal variants. It is recommended to use thicker springs for proper operation of the NBU set.

Tappet plate

Nozzle arms are most often made of injection molded plastic. Like most parts, the hangers are split for V3 or V2 mechaboxes, but there are also special ones, for example for use with DSG wheels. Their purpose is to allow the hop up chamber to be unlocked and locked by the movement of the nozzle.

Piston

This part is most often made of plastic or metal. The piston head is screwed onto the piston.
A spring passes through it and needs to be stretched using gears. This is made possible by the teeth that are located in the piston. Their number is important for use in various weapons. At the same time, the number of metal teeth found on the piston varies.
As with wheels, there are several types and some are directly linked to the type of wheel.

Spring

The spring is an important component that compresses the piston and allows the airsoft gun to fire.
Springs are categorized by their length and the thickness of the wire that was used, which determines their strength and potential performance of the replica. It also has several variations of winding type, such as linear.

Electronic COMPONENTS

Here we include not only the wiring and trigger contacts, but also the mosfet, which allows us to have non-contact switching, the active brake, which has the same characteristics as the mosfet, except that it can save the replica and also solve feeding problems, and a variety of processor units that offer a large number of adjustments such as firing modes, battery protection, trigger response, etc.

Small parts

This section includes not only small springs, but also reversal latches, trigger locks, cut off lever and other parts without which an airsoft gun could not function correctly.
They are important for the operation of other main parts. Often they are consumables that must be replaced after a while, which often applies to small springs.
Examples of small parts include washers, o-rings,

Bearing

These are among the small but very important parts. In total there are 6 pieces in the mechabox. They make it easier to turn the wheels, ensure the wheels are always in the same position, etc. Most often they are made of steel for great durability. The most used types are slippery and ball bearing. Each is designed for a certain style of airsoft gun.

Hop up

Under this word we find several parts. Probably the most famous is the hop up chamber. This part, nowadays mostly made of metal, allows us to adjust the flight of the ball. Together with it we find the hop up rubber. This is most often made of silicone, where you can buy versions for VSR and AEG airsoft guns. They are available in a variety of hardnesses ( designed for specific gun performance) as well as specialized pressure shapes ( designed for specific airsoft characteristics such as accuracy, range, etc).

Motors

They are the main power of airsoft guns along with the battery. Thanks to the motor, the gears together with the piston are set in motion and thanks to this the gun can fire. In our assortment you can find motors designed for both high speed and high power weapons. The length of their shaft determines which type of gun is designed for a particular gun.

barrels

The outer visible barrel serves as a concealment for the smaller, hidden inner barrel.
The inner barrel itself is connected to a hop-up mechanism that feeds individual pellets from the magazine. The ball then passes through the inner barrel when fired; the inner barrel thus contributes to accuracy and range. They are designed for use with AEG or VSR type hop-up rubber bullets.
Their inner diameter then has a big effect on accuracy. Cleaning them regularly then maintains the accuracy of the gun and eliminates the possibility of a ball jamming inside the barrel.

Selector plates

These are most often plastic flat parts found on the outside of the mechabox. Its main function is to allow the firing switch to be switched depending on the position of the switch. There is a version of it for each mechabox. The stock pushes on the breaker arm and this will make the gun fire SEMI or AUTO. On some mechaboxes, such as the V2, it also pushes on the trigger lock so that the trigger cannot be pulled on SAFE mode.
